Michael Adu Gyamfi is an Assistant Lecturer in Human Anatomy, Cell Biology and Embryology at the Department of Biomedical Sciences of the School of Basic and Biomedical Sciences, University of Health and Allied Health Sciences, Ho. Michael AduGyamfi is a practicing Biomedical Scientist and also serves as the Regional Secretary of the Ghana Association of Biomedical Laboratory Scientists, Ashanti Region, Ghana.
WORK EXPERIENCE
Michael Adu Gyamfi has worked as Lecturer in Human Anatomy, Cell Biology and Embryology at the Garden City University College, Kumasi. He has also worked as a Biomedical Scientist at the KomfoAnokye Teaching Hospital, Kumasi and University Hospital, Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology, Kumasi for about Eight (8) years. As a Biomedical Scientist and Health Educationist, he has consulted for many private health facilities and institutions on matters of Health Policy and Planning.
EDUCATION
Adu Gyamfi had both his undergraduate and postgraduate education at Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology. He also attended Prempeh College, Ghana.
RESEARCH OUTPUT
Michael Adu Gyamfi shows promise in the areas of Cancer Biology where he is investigating in the epigenetics, molecular diagnosis and management of cancers. He also shows keen interest in research in Human Anatomical Education, Histology and, Leadership and Social Policy.
